If you host a domain on our cloud web hosting platform and you’ve got a cloud website hosting account, you will be able to enable the catch-all functionality for any mailbox that you create under the domain. The Email Manager section of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel includes quite a few features, but it’s surprisingly simple to work with, so configuring a catch-all mailbox takes only one single mouse click. All the email addresses that you have will be shown in this section in alphabetical order and you will simply have to click the "Catch-all" button pertaining to the given email address. Our system will warn you if there is already another catch-all mailbox activated for that domain name or if the one that you would like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either deactivate the latter feature or choose another mailbox. Disabling the catch-all feature is just as simple and takes yet another mouse click on the same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
A catch-all email address can be created with a few clicks of the mouse in case you have a Linux semi-dedicated package with us. The semi-dedicated hosting account will be managed via our custom-created Hepsia Control Panel and you’ll be able to create email addresses under any domain registered there. To enable the catch-all feature for a specific mailbox, you’ll need to click the logo with the same name, which will be on the right side of each mailbox. Deactivating this feature can be accomplished in the exact same way and will not require more than one click either. If the catch-all option has already been activated for a given domain name, you will get a warning notification. The same is valid if the mailbox that you wish to be a catch-all one has email forwarding activated, as our system will never deactivate or change any feature automatically.
